At Tesoro Resorts®, the safety and peace of mind of our guests are our top priority. Regrettably, we have detected the existence of fake profiles and fraudulent websites attempting to impersonate the official identity of Hotel Tesoro Ixtapa® in order to scam.

How Do Scams Operate?
These impostors use deceptive techniques to simulate an official reservations or promotions channel. It is vital that you remain alert to avoid becoming a victim of these deceptions:

• Unofficial Websites: Strange URLs or ones that resemble the real domain offering "super discounts."
• Fake Social Media Profiles: Accounts with little activity or those that request payments through unconventional methods (transfers to personal accounts, deposits at OXXO, etc.).
• False Irresistible Promotions: Offers that seem too good to be true, with exaggerated discounts out of season or without a clear cancellation policy.

If you are planning to book at Hotel Tesoro Ixtapa®, we reiterate that the only official channels are:
